Ken Porter

Ken has more than 35 years of experience in operations and human resource management. He is well versed in organizational development, mergers-acquisitions, and union-labor contract negotiations. In his former roles, Ken was responsible for the “people” side of organizations applying shared cultural values to a large workforce that continued to flourish under his direction. He has spoken to both domestic and international audiences regarding the importance of shared cultural values in building stronger organizations. Ken has his “Cultural Architect Certification” from the Barrett Centre and contributed to A World Book of Values, authored by 255 leaders from 26 different countries.
Ken holds a B.S. from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio and a SHRM-SCP and Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certifications. He and his wife, Barb, have three grown children and reside in Florida. He is very active in community service and enjoys time with his children and grandchildren.
